The Wiseberry Founders come from a training background, having started their operation in the real estate industry by training salespeople and their leaders. It soon became apparent to one of the founders, who had been a real estate agent himself, that there was something missing in the industry. Having been exposed to growing discontentment by both business owners and their agents, it seemed that everyone was in it for themselves.

Whilst recruiting and training are the keys to building a successful business base, the lack of loyalty and the insecurity associated with the nature of the business are often the reasons for limited growth.

There had to be a better way!
